We are seeking like-minded motivated and ambitious individual to join our successful team of brokers based in Corby on a full-time basis. You will be working to qualify leads, analyse companies financials and negotiate terms to secure the deal. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic team to earn incredible rewards from our strong uncapped commission structure, with a £50k OTE with limited experience required.

Duties

• Inbound & outbound calls to customers to discuss their business finance requirements.
• Working to realistic monthly KPI's.
• Cross-Selling through our unique & lucrative additional products
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
• Prepare proposals to lenders to secure finance approvals for clients

Qualifications

• 1 years sales experience (preferred)
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritise, self-motivate and can-do attitude.
• Must have UK Driving license
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
