Physiotherapist (Band 6) - from £38,500 DOE + up to £5,000 performance related bonus

We're expanding fast and are looking for an experienced clinician to join our team at Hardy Performance Physio, a practice that's redefining how physiotherapy is delivered. This role will be a lone working role within the clinic location with face to face and remote support from Matt Hardy

What We Offer

Salary: from £38,500 per year (depending on experience)

Performance-based bonus: up to £5,000 annually

Full-time, 37 hours per week (option to work over 4 days)

5 weeks' holiday + bank holidays

5% employer pension contribution

HCPC & CSP fees paid

Annual training budget (after probation) for CPD courses

1-to-1 mentoring with Matt Hardy, Lead Physio & Business Owner

About You

You'll be a confident, proactive physio who loves helping people move better and wants to be part of something bigger.

Essential requirements:

Qualified Physiotherapist (HCPC & CSP registered)

Minimum 1 year post-graduate MSK experience

Right to work in the UK

Willingness to actively contribute and help develop social media and digital content

Comfortable being the only physiotherapist on site during clinic hours (lone working with distance support if needed)
