Overview

We're on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join our London team, where you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing our finance function. You'll manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and the general ledger while driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. What you'll do

  • Oversee the day-to-day finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports that support management's decision-making processes.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Lead the payroll process and oversee the general ledger.
  • Conduct budgeting and financial forecasting to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial understanding across the business.

What you'll need

  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, with experience in manufacturing settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP would be advantageous.
