About us

F D Installations Ltd is a storage solutions company based in Tiverton, Devon. We predominantly work across the South West of England and specialise in the supply and installation of pallet racking, mezzanine floors, suspended ceilings and shelving.

We are looking for Storage Equipment Fitters to join our expanding team. Experience in racking and storage equipment installation is preferrable although full training will be given.

Role requirements:

  • Experience using hand/power tools is essential.
  • Driving license is essential.
  • Access to own vehicle is essential (to get to pick up locations).
  • IPAF and forklift training is advantageous.
  • CSCS card is advantageous.
  • Dismantling and building of various storage equipment.
  • Working at height.
  • Frequent manual handling and lifting.
  • Working to technical drawings.
  • The ability to work well both as part of a team and as an individual.

Schedule:

Minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Weekend work is available. Some jobs will require overnight stays for which accommodation and evening meals are covered.
