This role is fixed term until December 2026
All About The Role
The End User Device team support staff with front line and back office devices.

We create accounts, build, repair, update and maintain an array of user IT equipment.

Mainly laptop based, but also including desktops, mobiles, tablets etc..

We are currently in a rapidly growing fast moving environment and picking up new skills all the time.

We are a small skilled, experienced team looking after multiple users and services.

We operate a hybrid work situation, office and remote based depending on requirements in a fast paced environment.

Whilst we operate a silo'd team structure, we assist other teams outside of our roll as and when required, so the possibility of picking up other skills outside of our remit is a possibility.

All About You
You will ideally be an experienced support technician with knowledge of Autopilot, Azure, and Entra, and have experience supporting end users.

You will be flexible, and have a clean valid driving license and access to a vehicle as offsite visits will be a must.
