Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality for our products.

Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for inspecting products to internal engineering drawings and standards ensuring they meet the required criteria and maintaining records of all inspections completed.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect Product: Inspect the product to establish compliance with internal and external standards and drawings using established inspection methods.

· Document Findings: Record results from all inspections completed and maintain detailed records of quality issues.

· Collaborate: Work closely with production teams to uncover the root cause of defects and recommend changes to improve quality.

· Monitor Processes: Observe production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and recommend areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diligence: a keen eye for detail is essential for finding and documenting defects and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

· Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with other team members.

· Experience: 1 year in an inspection role is desired, however full training will be provided.

Education

· GCSE Math & English or equivalent is desirable.

Hours of Work

· Mon-Thu 6:00am to 4:30pm

· Friday overtime optional.
