I'm currently recruiting for a
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Systems Administrator
on an
initial 6-month contract
, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    : 1st/2nd line support for D365 F&O
  • Access
    : Manage user roles, security, SoD, diagnostics.
  • Environment
    : Use LCS for config, refreshes, monitoring.
  • Users
    : Guide on system use, train, document.
  • Operations
    : Run finance interfaces, month/year-end, ISV & Azure service mgmt.
  • Incidents
    : Log, track, resolve tickets.
  • Changes
    : Test & deploy updates, patches, UAT (Azure DevOps/LCS).
  • Data
    : Manage imports, jobs, config.
  • Automation
    : Build with Power Platform, Logic Apps, MS CoPilot.
  • Compliance
    : Follow IT change process & governance.
  • Collaboration
    : Work with IT, SMEs, key users.
  • Post-Go Live
    : Support rollouts, hypercare.
