Yoga Instructor

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will lead engaging yoga classes, promote physical and mental wellbeing, and foster a welcoming environment for practitioners of all levels. Duties

• Lead group and private yoga classes, tailoring sessions to suit different skill levels and needs
• Demonstrate proper postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices
• Provide personalised guidance and modifications to ensure safety and accessibility for all participants
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised studio environment
• Educate clients on anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention to enhance their practice
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages relaxation and self-awareness
• Keep up-to-date with the latest yoga trends, techniques, and health guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching yoga with recognised certification
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics relevant to yoga practice
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct diverse groups
• Passionate about promoting health, wellness, and mindfulness
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple classes effectively
• Prior experience in teaching or coaching is desirable but not essential; a genuine enthusiasm for yoga is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £28.73-£46.37 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
