We are a busy, professional bodyshop delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an experienced Stripper & fitter to join our skilled team and help maintain our high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

. Strip and fit vehicle components as part of accident repair processes

. Remove and refit panels, trims, bumpers, lights, interiors, mechanical components, etc.

. Ensure all parts are labelled, stored, an handled correctly.

. Carry out light mechanical and electrical stripping/fitting where required

. Support panel beaters, painters, and estimators as part of the repair workflow

. Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry and safety standards.

. Follow health & safety practices and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

. Previous experience in a bodyshop or accident repair centre is essential.

. Strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair methods.

. Ability to work efficiently to deadlines without compromising quality.

. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

. Full uk driving licence preferred.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
