The Snr. UX Designer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and experience associated with the KnowBe4 products. Snr. UX designers transfer the strength and personality of the KnowBe4 brand seamlessly throughout the interface of a product.


Responsibilities:


Take a leading role in shaping the KnowBe4 flagship product experience strategy alongside Product Management, Engineering, and UX Research, framing the correct problems to solve before designing solutions.Collaborate closely with UX Research to define problem statements, validate assumptions, and uncover meaningful customer insights.Collaborate with product team counterparts to research, design, and prototype ideas to identify, refine, and validate solutions to customer problems.Help to establish continuous discovery habits, making engagement with customers and user data a regular part of the design process.Design with success in mind — define measurable outcomes, and collaborate with Product Management and Data teams to ensure success can be tracked through metrics across various tools.Work closely with engineering teams across multiple geographies to ensure high-quality design implementation, provide support in meeting delivery timelines, and help balance technical feasibility with design intent.Collaborate closely with the Design Ops Team to ensure consistent use and contribution to KnowBe4's Design System, strengthening the brand and maintaining high visual and interaction quality.Be an evangelist for UX across the organisation, championing thoughtful design and customer-centred thinking.Contribute to and help evolve UX team processes and ceremonies such as design critiques, collaboration sessions, and experience reviews.Minimum Qualifications:

BS or equivalent plus 5 years experience, or MS or equivalent plus 3 years experience.Degree in Design, UX, HCI, or a related field.3+ years' experience in a UX design role within enterprise-level organisations with multiple products.Strong experience framing and solving complex design problems using a mix of qualitative and quantitative insights.Comprehensive knowledge of UX design, research collaboration, strategy, and implementation.Experience working closely with distributed engineering teams, understanding front-end frameworks (Vue 3, Svelte, etc.), style sheets, and design tokens.Detail-oriented and systems-minded, able to move seamlessly between high-level conceptual design and pixel-level execution.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort presenting work, telling a design story, and giving or receiving constructive feedback.A passion for design systems, operational excellence, and building scalable design practices in partnership with DesignOps.Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in driving design quality and impact across teams.
