As Content Manager, your role is to elevate our content to new heights of quality and engagement, You'll drive the creation of compelling, shareable content that captivates our audience and develop innovative campaigns that resonate deeply with our customers and drive meaningful engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar and campaign timelines that aligns with business goals, marketing campaigns, industry events, and influencer activities.
  • Work with other internal stakeholders to ensure all editorial content works alongside targets of the wider business
  • Write, edit, and manage content across platforms (websites, blogs, social media, email). Ensuring that the content quality, consistency and alignment with the brand tones and guidelines.
  • Coordinate the compilation monthly reports and quarterly business reviews containing KPIs across all internal content and other territories
  • Stay abreast of content trends, platform algorithm changes, emerging technologies, and influencer marketing best practices that could impact content creation and distribution.
  • Oversee the development of content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all brands, channels, and influencer partnerships.

Essential Skills You'll Bring To The Table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, sport or digital industries
  • Strong understanding of various marketing platforms and their content requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand analytics data and report on performance
  • Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to develop editorial content tone and style
  • Good understanding of Social Media, PR and SEO (keyword ranking and shareable content)
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing digital landscapes and emerging platforms
