YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure the department satisfies all customer requirements and increases all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
  • To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.
  • To be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department, answering to the department manager.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Parts Experience with BMW / Prestige centre
  • Vehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige centre
  • Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
  • Experience communicating with Senior Managers and Head of Business (reports)
  • Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Computer Literate – Word packages and Drive
