On Track Education
On Track Education provides specialist education for young people with diverse and complex needs. Established in 2004 by a dedicated team of Special Educational Needs (SEN) teachers, we now operate eight independent schools across England. At the heart of our philosophy is a commitment to providing a nurturing, personalised, and needs-led educational experience, aiming to restore young people's self-confidence and self-motivation through flexible programmes that combine academic, vocational, and outdoor learning opportunities.
On Track Education Northampton
On Track Education in Northampton is an independent special school for pupils aged 11 to 18 who have education, health and care plans (EHCPs), with a variety of needs such as; social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH); autism spectrum condition (ASC) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The school opened in 2010 and was last inspected by Ofsted in June 2025, receiving judgements of 'Outstanding' in all categories.
The school's ethos is to support, inspire, nurture and empower our pupils to be their best selves. This is achieved through a holistic approach to each child, adapting to their needs and ambitions through the curriculum and pastoral support. Its motivational and progressive curriculum is underpinned by the therapeutic principles of THRIVE, supporting each young person's emotional wellbeing alongside academic achievement.

- Teaching clear, structured lessons that help pupils grasp and retain key concepts in their long-term memory

- Planning with full consideration of each pupil's special educational needs, creating inclusive, accessible learning experiences tailored to their profiles
