We're on the lookout for a Part-Time Fitness Coach (32 hour) to join our team at Total Fitness Wrexham.

This role isn't just about workouts and weights, it's about helping people feel confident, capable and supported every time they step onto the gym floor. You'll be part of a team that motivates, educates and inspires our members to achieve more than they thought possible.

To be considered, you'll need a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification and a genuine desire to keep developing your skills, ideally working towards Level 3.

What you'll do

  • Deliver engaging gym inductions and fitness assessments, creating tailored exercise programmes that help members reach their goals safely and effectively
  • Be a visible, approachable presence on the gym floor — ready to help, guide and encourage members whenever they need it
  • Lead fun, energetic group classes (including kids' sessions where needed) that keep members motivated and coming back for more
  • Keep equipment clean, safe and well-maintained, taking pride in the look and feel of the gym
  • Support the wider club team to create a positive, welcoming environment for all members

  • Confident leading classes and engaging groups of all ages
  • Great at communicating and building rapport with members
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile to make a difference
  • A DBS check will be required for this role.
