We're offering more than just a job - this is a chance to work, learn, and grow, with full support to study towards your CIPS qualification while gaining hands-on experience in a high-impact environment.
You'll work as part of a team, supporting procurement processes, producing procurement documents, moderating tender responses and providing support to senior members of the team ensuring that procurement processes, workflow and delivery are delivered to meet targets and quality standards.
But that's not all, you'll be passionate about providing a best-in-class service to the business, helping to identify routes to market and supporting the delivery of key procurements.
- Work with the team to develop procurement strategies to address business needs, carrying out appropriate market engagement.
- Accountable for the administration of IT systems, tender management, and record management of procurements.
- Support moderation processes for tenders
- Support tender query processes for procurements
- Produce procurement documents, being accountable for a consistent and best practice approach.
About you.
- Evidence of providing exceptional customer service.
- Willing to study towards CIPS qualification.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Evidence of your ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
