Description

We are now searching for a first-class Senior Manager of Investor Relations in what is a newly created role within its high-profile IR function. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Investor Relations, this is a rare opportunity to help shape and strengthen a best-in-class IR platform at a pivotal stage in the company's growth.

Skills

Key responsibilities include partnering with the Group Head of IR to develop and implement a leading investor relations strategy and driving investor engagement to ensure consistent communication of the company's performance, strategy, and market positioning. The Senior Manager will lead the preparation of investor materials, including financial results announcements, presentations, and core market messaging.

In addition, you will provide regular insights to senior leadership on share price movements, sector trends, peer performance, and broader market developments. The role requires the ability to build strong relationships with sell-side analysts, promoting forecast accuracy and a balanced external narrative, while monitoring analyst research and delivering timely analysis of market expectations to the Executive team. You will be expected to build and maintain strong working relationships with Group Finance, Group Communications, and Group Legal, and will interact frequently with the Group CFO, Group CEO, and Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal background will be a graduate, qualified accountant with proven Investor Relations experience gained in a FTSE-listed business. You will be a self-starter with energy, intellectual curiosity, strong organisational skills, and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will enjoy significant exposure to senior leadership, alongside close collaboration with Finance, Communications, Strategy, and the Group Secretariat.
