We are looking for a part time FOH team member to join our team and get the best of NYC pizza into the hands of Londoners. As an FOH team member, you'll work in the heart of the restaurant to serve our customers the best American style service London has ever seen. To thrive in this role, you'll need experience serving customer in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a passion for high-service.

Roles:

Greeting customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks

Can work under pressure within tight deadlines in a high-volume environment

Can adjust my work and task priorities as and when required, and according to changing business need

Take initiative to resolve any issues successfully

Always support my colleagues across the restaurant to work together and reach our goals

Understand and demonstrate the benefits of teamwork, and how we can drive sales and improve customer service expectations together

Can maintain cleanliness in guest areas and addressing customer concerns

Requirements:

Experience in customer facing jobs
