Private Client Lawyer NQ - 3 PQE

Location: Reading

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed caseload including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney and elderly client matters.
  • Provide tailored and sensitive advice to clients, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
  • Draft and review wills, trust documents, and related correspondence.
  • Contribute to the firm's business development and client relationship management initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with developments in private client law and practice.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client matters.
  • Sound technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning.
  • Exceptional communication and client-handling skills with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively within a team.
  • NQ-3 PQE
