  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service during busy periods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
