The Role
As Preliminary Evaluation Technician, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Evaluating, Testing, And Processing All Incoming Items For Repair Or Warranty Assessment, Ensuring Accurate Diagnosis, And Efficient Turnaround. In Addition, You Will

  • Diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to meet volume and quality targets.
  • Maintain strong teamwork and communication across departments.
  • Manage repair volume while reducing non-repairable rates through process improvements.
  • Build relationships with vendors and provide direct support to Radwell International customers.

About You
Being proficient in electrical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and with a strong organisational and technical mindset, you will bring your previous electronics repair or testing experience to the position. This means the in-depth training you receive from us will be strengthened by your existing knowledge and practical skills.

Furthermore, You Will Have

  • GCSEs (minimum grade C / 4) in a Science subject, Mathematics, and English.
  • Experience within the electronics or industrial automation industry.
  • The ability to inspect and diagnose basic faults
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when working with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The capability to work independently, research technical documentation, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
