FACILITATOR

Salary starting salary £23,118 for 35 hours

Fixed term contract until 31st March 2027, continuation of post is subject to funding.

Particular interest for those working in the following sectors: Police, Prison Service, Probation, Youth Offending or Social Services.

Purpose of the post – To co-facilitate a programme to men who are perpetrators of domestic abuse. Experience in this field would be advantageous however full training will be provided.

Early Family Intervention Programme – (E-FIP)

Threshold DAS is a charity that supports individuals and their children affected by domestic abuse. Threshold has reached an exciting point in its development by using a holistic family approach. As part of this expansion we are seeking to appoint dynamic individuals who have experience of working with challenging individuals, families and perpetrators of domestic abuse; to enable them to break the cycle of domestic abuse and sexual violence. The primary focus of this programme will be on the safety of women and their children.
