  • Share acquisitions and disposals
  • Business and asset sales/purchases
  • Shareholders' agreements and corporate governance
  • Companies law, partnerships, and LLPs
  • Commercial contracts and strategic advice
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructuring
  • Joint ventures and partnering arrangements
  • Banking, finance, and loan agreements
  • Insolvency and restructuring matters
