We are looking for a  Team Member  to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.  With a young, fun and energetic mindset, Generation provides a fresh outlook on old practices, allowing individuals to bring their unique ideas and personality to the table. We have massive goals for development, both on the mass scale of the company, but also the individual members within the company. 

As a team member you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service whilst taking ownership and using your own initiative, in a fun and engaging team environment. you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Interacting with people on a daily basis, be in charge of new client acquisitions.
  • Engaging in conversation, answering questions, presenting new products and building relationships.
  • Be flexible to carry out various tasks and activities to support the effective overall running of the branch
  • Working collaboratively to achieve company KPIs
  • Ensure their positive energy and enthusiasm for people is shared with every customer and team member every day
  • Follow policy & procedure as well as operational best practices to ensure a healthy, safe and profitable store

Core skills as a Team Member

  • Be able to accomplish multiple tasks whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Prevent loss by never losing focus, and always ensuring your service is proactive, accurate and dependable
  • Preferably already have retail/customer service experience in a team-orientated fast paced environment
  • Be able to communicate clearly both written and verbally in English (other relevant language are an advantage)
  • Have basic mathematics skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
