What Does the role involve?

  • Assisting with the installation of solar panels on pitched roofs
  • Working alongside our experienced electricians and roofing teams
  • Helping ensure projects are completed to a high professional standard
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks on site

Essential Skills

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a Roofer's Assistant/Mate (desirable, but not essential)
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • A full UK driving licence preferable
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the renewables sector
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

Previous experience in solar installations is desirable, but not required – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
