Service Desk Analyst – Hiring Now
We're looking for a proactive
Service Desk Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience Candidates
to deliver high-quality technical support and ensure smooth IT service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests with a customer-first approach
- Monitor IT services to prevent disruptions and meet SLA targets
- Act as an escalation point and provide advanced troubleshooting support
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation following ITIL best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service management
- Participate in shift rotations/on-call support for 24/7 availability
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly with users and share security best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Service Desk/IT support experience
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
