We're looking for a Weekend Supervisor who shares our values – Committed, Caring, and Considerate – to support our store management team and help lead the shop on weekends.

The Role:

As a Weekend Supervisor, you'll support the store management team by helping to oversee operations during busy weekend shifts. You'll be a key team player, stepping up to ensure everything runs smoothly while maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop leadership skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store management team in the smooth running of the store during weekends.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
  • Supervise the team on shift, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and product presentation.
  • Ensure health and safety and food hygiene procedures are followed.
  • Contribute to a positive, friendly, and productive store environment.

About You:

  • You have experience in a customer-facing role and are confident taking responsibility.
  • You're a team player who enjoys supporting and motivating others.
  • You're reliable and available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
