Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the pub, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including the bar and bathrooms.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand specific cleaning needs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
