Our partnership with Asda means that we have unparalleled access to customer behaviour data. Our Consumer team use their expertise alongside our Q.Checkout product suite to deliver insights and drive better decision making for Asda and FMCG brands across the UK. As a Category Insights Executive in the Consumer team, you'll act as a trusted advisor to FMCG clients - combining strategic consulting with hands-on analytics delivery to transform retail through data-driven insights on promotions, category, range, marketing and strategic trends.

How will you make an impact?

  • Client relationship management: Manage your own portfolio of FMCG clients, building and maintaining positive working relationships with senior stakeholders across client accounts
  • Strategic insights delivery: Provide answers to key business questions around promotional activities, category management, range optimisation, marketing effectiveness, market trends, and overall commercial strategy
  • Project execution: Juggle multiple project requirements and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver to our clients
  • Commercial growth: Deeply understand client objectives and identify opportunities for Quantium to create value, taking responsibility for your portfolio's commercial targets
  • Culture building: Contribute to a high-performing, dynamic culture through creative ideas, collaborative attitude, and desire to make meaningful impact

Th superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

  • Retail / Consumer expertise: 2+ years experience in retail or consumer businesses with ability to contribute analytical solutions in a commercial context
  • Analytical mindset: You're comfortable working with shopper / category data, translating complex information into actionable insights and recommendations that drive business value
  • Relationship builder: You excel at stakeholder management both internally and externally, with confident presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas in compelling, accessible formats
  • Commercial problem-solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments, capable of adapting to change and managing multiple projects.

Remember - you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big.

What could your Quantium Experience look like?

Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigour, precision and by asking great questions -- but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max.

By joining the Quantium team, you'll get to

  • Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own.
  • Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners).
  • Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank.

Benefits

On top of the Quantium Experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits that go beyond the ordinary. Some of these include:
