HR Officer
to join our on-site HR team for a
15-month maternity cover
. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting people across all levels, and contributing to a positive, engaging workplace culture.

You'll provide day-to-day HR support, manage employee relations cases, coach managers, and get involved in engagement initiatives and wider HR projects. The role is mainly
Monday to Friday
, with
one evening a week
supporting our night shift teams.
