General handyman

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Multi-Trader to join our growing team due to an increased workload. Ideally with an IPAF licence.

The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of quality projects, from refurbishments to external repairs and survey assistance.

As part of our team, you'll be representing our company on-site, often in occupied or client-facing environments. Professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in your work are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs and finishing works across various sites
• Supporting refurbishment and fit-out projects on both residential and commercial properties
• Completing external works at height (using cherry pickers or access towers)
• Ensuring a tidy, professional standard of work that reflects the company's values
• Managing your time effectively when working independently or as part of a team

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in property maintenance, decorating, or general building work
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• A professional approach and strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
• IPAF licence.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes (company van provided)
• Flexibility to travel to sites across Essex and London
