Key Responsibilities – Kitchen Cleaning, Food Prep Support, Hygiene Compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist in deep cleaning duties, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal
  • Organize kitchen stores and deliveries following food safety guidelines
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Restock and arrange kitchen supplies to ensure smooth service
  • Work efficiently within a busy hospitality environment, respecting all health and safety procedures
  • Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff while demonstrating initiative and reliability
What We're Looking For – Kitchen Porter Skills & Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but previous exposure to hospitality or kitchens is a plus
  • Hardworking, motivated, and able to perform tasks accurately and at pace
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and hygiene
  • Good communication skills and ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn
  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings, as scheduled
