What You'll Do

  • Partner with established, high-value clients across the US to understand their hiring needs
  • Source, screen, and qualify exceptional engineering talent
  • Manage the candidate process from first contact to placement
  • Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to support client partnerships
  • Build long-term relationships and become a specialist in your niche market
  • Write compelling job adverts and leverage LinkedIn/social media to attract top talent
