Senior Manager – SAP Programme / Project Manager

Up to £115,000 + £5.9k choice allowance + ~10% bonus

One of the UK's most established transformation practices is growing its senior leadership bench — and they're looking for an experienced
Senior Manager (SAP Programme/Project Manager)
to help deliver some of the most complex and high-profile SAP S/4HANA programmes in the market.

You'll join a team known for disrupting the competition, delivering major enterprise transformations, and working with a mix of global brands and fast-scaling UK organisations. If you enjoy shaping large programmes, coaching teams, and being the steady pair of hands clients rely on — this is a standout opportunity.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading major S/4HANA workstreams within complex, multi-tower programmes.
  • Owning delivery across scope, budget, RAID, resources and stakeholder expectations.
  • Developing workstream plans, driving progress, and course-correcting where needed.
  • Assessing programme risk, challenging assumptions, and providing clear recommendations.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Contributing to bids, proposals, and wider practice development.
  • Coaching, developing and supervising teams of 6–10 consultants.

What they're looking for

  • Experience as a
    Project Manager / Delivery Lead / Workstream Lead / Cutover Manager / Test Manager
    on multiple S/4HANA engagements.
  • Strong command of
    SAP delivery methodologies
    and programme governance.
  • Commercially sharp — able to manage budgets, timelines and scope with confidence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior consulting experience is essential, ideally with large-scale transformation exposure.
  • Proven leadership of medium-sized delivery teams (6–10 people).
