The Role and Department  

Responsibilities:

Under instruction from colleagues and following appropriate training, undertake the following responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient service to all customers.Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages along with simple bar food according to standardised recipes.Payment: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.Health, Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain documented Health & Safety protocols, food safety regulations (including mandatory food allergen requirements) and uphold cleanliness standards for the bar area and associated equipment.Stock Replenishment: Monitor and replenish bar stock, ensuring adequate supplies are available during operating hours.Compliance: Adhere to all requirements relating to the sale / supply of alcohol, the licensing act, the premises' license, and bar handbook. Training: Complete all bar related training and required learning.Other: Complete other reasonable requests from the Vice Principal, Food & Beverage Service Head or the College Bar Supervisors.
