Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Oldbury. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving issues promptly. The Customer Service Representative will build strong relationships with clients, assist with orders, and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Understanding of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification or experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
