About the Role

As part of the Kitchen Crew, you'll play a key role in preparing, cooking, and plating our signature dishes to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the Kitchen Manager and wider team to ensure smooth service, consistent quality, and will work to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Whether you're on the grill, assembling dishes, or prepping ingredients, your attention to detail and teamwork will help bring guest experience to life. You'll help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, follow strict food safety and hygiene protocols, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standard and in line with recipes and brand expectations.
  • Work efficiently across different kitchen sections as needed.
  • Support with prep, cooking, plating, and cleaning to keep service running smoothly to our high standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, including all stations of the kitchen
  • Follow all food safety, health, and HACCP procedures.
  • Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and waste management.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with your team, especially during busy service periods.
  • Support Deliveroo and takeaway operations to ensure food is packaged and presented perfectly.
  • Help maintain stock levels and reduce waste through smart kitchen practices
  • Stay cool under pressure and bring positive energy to every shift.
  • Be open to learning, growing, and improving your skills with every service.

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential — we'll provide full training for the right person.
  • A passion for great food and a desire to learn new skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, reliable, and committed to maintaining consistency under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
  • Reliability and flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
