About the Role

As General Manager, you'll be the guiding presence of the restaurant — setting the tone for the day, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, genuine experience Fego is known for.

You will lead with heart, but also with structure, bringing clarity, calm, and confidence to daily operations.

You will:

• Lead daily service and operations with ownership and confidence

• Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor

• Coach, support, and develop your team to grow

• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional atmosphere

• Uphold high standards in service, quality, and presentation

• Manage rotas, stock, cost controls, and KPIs

• Follow and improve operational processes

• Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
