We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Quality Control Team Leader to join our growing team in Lichfield. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What you'll be doing: As QC Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our quality operations—leading a team of dedicated QC Operatives to ensure our furniture products meet the highest standards. You'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, identifying issues before they become problems, and working closely with production teams to deliver excellence every time.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a quality control or assurance role—ideally within manufacturing or furniture
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
