The Role

We're looking for a UGC Content Creator who lives and breathes social storytelling — someone confident on camera, bursting with ideas, and obsessed with what makes people stop scrolling.

This full-time role will see you working across Leadly and our internal brands, with a major focus on creating content within the car finance, claims and consumer help space.
Helping us tell authentic stories, create viral moments, and build communities that convert.

You'll:

Ideate, film, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

Be the face of content — confident on camera, natural, and full of personality.

Generate fresh ideas that push boundaries and drive engagement.

Analyse performance and iterate fast — what worked, what didn't, and why.

Collaborate with our in-house creative, brand, and paid teams to ensure content drives both engagement
and
conversions.


Stay on top of trends
and turn them into Leadly moments before they peak.


You'll bring

  • Proven experience creating high-performing social or UGC content (please include links or portfolio).
  • Confidence on camera — you're natural, relatable, and can deliver with energy and authenticity.
  • Editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or mobile apps.
  • Creative direction mindset — you don't just follow trends, you adapt them to brand voice.
  • Understanding of what performs across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • A drive to experiment, learn, and make stuff people actually
    want
    to watch.
