Job Title: Sandwich Van Sales Assistant – Driving Role

Location: South Woodham Ferrers

Salary: £26,000 starting basic + performance bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 16:00 (No Weekends)

Shift Ranges Between These Times, All Shifts Start Between 06:45 & 07:30

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence | Age 30+ (for insurance purposes)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Mobile Food Truck Sales Assistant, you'll be out and about, bringing fresh food and great energy to workplaces across the area. Your role includes:

  • Driving a fully equipped sandwich van
  • Serving fresh breakfasts and lunches with a smile
  • Creating positive customer experiences and encouraging repeat business
  • Keeping your van clean, organised, and well-stocked
  • Managing daily cash sales and light admin
  • Conducting basic vehicle safety checks each morning

What We're Looking For

You don't need experience in food or hospitality – we provide full training. What you do need:

  • A full UK driving licence (with at least 2 years' driving experience)
  • A confident, outgoing, and people-first attitude
  • Comfort working independently and making on-the-go decisions
  • A genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers and making sales

A DBS check may be required on starting.
