We are currently seeking a Senior Hairstylist
to join our growing team. This is a key position for an experienced, passionate, and creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and delivers outstanding client experiences every day.

About the Role

As a
Senior Hairstylist
, you will be responsible for providing expert hair services — including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments — while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and care. You'll play an active role in building long-term client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the creative direction of the salon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full range of
    hair services
    : precision cuts, colour transformations, blow-dries, styling, and restorative treatments.
  • Consult with clients
    to understand their hair type, preferences, and lifestyle, providing personalised advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain a
    strong knowledge of current trends
    , products, and techniques to bring fresh inspiration to the team and clients.
  • Work collaboratively
    with colourists, stylists, and cosmetology professionals to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Support and guide junior stylists and assistants through training, mentorship, and hands-on development.
  • Uphold Fam Beauty's
    high service standards
    in every interaction — from initial consultation to final styling.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace that reflects our salon's luxury environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas to photoshoots, social media, and in-salon events.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    5 years of professional experience
    .
  • Proficient in
    cutting, colouring, styling, and treatment techniques
    for various hair types.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — client care comes first.
  • Passionate about ongoing education, new trends, and the artistry of hair.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing required.
