About the Role:

The role of a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator will support façade projects on-site, with a focus on ensuring compliance with project specifications, ISO standards, and client requirements while maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspections and audits of façade works, including subcontractor activities, to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
  • Review and maintain project-specific quality documentation, records, and certification prior to handover.
  • Manage non-conformances, ensuring timely reporting and close-out with the site team.
  • Support document control by reviewing, updating, and maintaining QA/QC documents in line with ISO requirements.
  • Provide quality support and guidance to the project team, promoting best practices and compliance on-site.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction sector, ideally with façade systems.
  • Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and site-based QA/QC processes.
  • Ability to review technical documentation and identify compliance issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Strong communication skills to support collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Proficient in document control systems and Microsoft Office applications.
