UK Tax Manager
to take ownership of the corporate tax function within a dynamic, high-performing environment.

strategic in-house position
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    end-to-end UK corporate tax process
    — compliance, returns, group reliefs, and QIPs
  • Lead
    transfer pricing
    reviews and ensure full compliance with BEPS and UK legislation
  • Handle
    HMRC enquiries, audits, and investigations
    with confidence
  • Support
    corporate restructuring
    ,
    M&A transactions
    , and
    financing projects
  • Provide
    strategic tax advice
    to leadership, aligning tax decisions with business goals
  • Partner with finance, audit, and legal teams to maintain accurate and compliant reporting


Skills & Experience

  • Qualified
    ACA / ACCA / CA / CTA
    (or equivalent)
  • 4–8+ years' experience in
    UK Corporate Tax
    , ideally from a
    Big 4 / Top Tier firm
    or in-house role
  • Strong technical knowledge of
    UK tax law, transfer pricing, and HMRC processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and confident working independently
