We're growing — and we're looking for an experienced tradesperson with an eye for detail to join our busy team.

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Yard Operative, you will be responsible for the refurbishment, modification and finishing of our modular and portable buildings, both internally and externally.

Typical tasks include:

  • Painting and decorating
  • Plumbing and basic electrical work
  • Joinery and carpentry
  • Roofing and flooring installation
  • General maintenance and cleaning
  • Supporting yard operations as required

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a general building refurbishment background or a trade skill set who takes pride in their workmanship.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in general building maintenance or refurbishment (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Background in a trade such as carpentry, plumbing, electrics, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
