SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE – FOOD, BEVERAGE & RETAIL |
£34,000 per annum
Hybrid role with 2 days in the office plus home-working each week. This role will also be required to travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland and overnight stays will be required.

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Senior Marketing Executive
to support the delivery of marketing activity for our Food, Beverage & Retail (FBR) division. This role is key to ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless, on-brand experience from pre-arrival through to their time on village.

Reporting to the
Senior Marketing Manager – On-Village Marketing
, you'll help plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, create engaging content, and maintain brand standards across all guest touchpoints. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing that drives engagement and commercial performance.

What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of the FBR marketing plan and maintain the 18-month activity planner
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communications.
  • Manage campaign briefs and coordinate integrated marketing activity from pre-arrival to on-village
  • Create and brief assets for email, web, and social channels
  • Assist with photography and videography shoots and manage the FBR image library
  • Work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver joint campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage one Marketing Executive and support budget tracking and reporting

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Hybrid role with 2 days in the office plus home-working each week. This role will also be required to travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland and overnight stays will be required.
About You
What we're looking for:

Essential requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Substantial experience in marketing, ideally within a brand or campaign-focused environment
  • Experience managing through-the-line campaigns including CRM, digital, PR and social media
  • Strong project management, organisational and influencing skills
  • Proven copywriting and proofreading ability
  • Experience with email content planning and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working across multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience working with social media agencies or internal social teams
  • Exposure to working with brand partners or product houses
  • Understanding of spa, leisure, or wellness industry
  • Demonstrable brand ownership and development experience
