Expanding Shopfitting manufacturer requires additional bench joiners to join our team

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sittingbourne for a Bench Joiner. The Bench Joiner will be responsible for interpreting drawings and measurements, crafting and assembling bespoke joinery products, working with a variety of tools and materials, and ensuring the highest standard of craftsmanship. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tools and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques
  • Experience in using Power Tools and Hand Tools with precision
  • Knowledge of assembly methods
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality craftsmanship
  • Teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements
  • Prior workshop experience is advantageous
