Your Role in Our Success:
Lead the Cost Capture Team
– Manage workflows, ensure timely delivery of data, and maintain accurate records

Analyse & Capture Data
– Gather detailed asset cost data from drawings, schedules, supplier quotes, and BIM models

Enhance Costing Accuracy
– Use
SAP reports and supplier quotes
to ensure cost distribution is accurate and reliable

Drive Process Improvements
– Collaborate with procurement, IT, and project teams to refine data collection systems

Engage with Stakeholders
– Work closely with
Anglian Water's Cost Information Team
to ensure smooth communication and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Experience in engineering or cost management
within a commercial, construction, or project environment.

Strong
analytical and problem-solving
skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Ability to
challenge and influence
stakeholders professionally.

A proactive,
team-oriented mindset
with excellent communication skills.
