Your Role and Responsibilities

Take ownership of your success as a trusted Specialist Mortgage Advisor, acting as the main point of contact throughout your clients' mortgage journeys. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and nurturing long-term broker relationships to drive business growth.

  • Managing the full client journey from application through to successful completion.

  • Advising on capital raising products and expertly packaging specialist mortgage cases.

  • Conducting thorough underwriting, affordability assessments, and ensuring meticulous compliance and case documentation.

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding financial and performance targets.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a highly motivated, commercially-minded professional with:

  • CeMAP 1, 2, and 3 qualifications (essential).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.

  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and coolness under pressure.

  • The drive and commercial awareness to generate new business.

  • Integrity, professionalism, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
