High Impact Academic Coaching Ltd. is recruiting online tutors to deliver structured, qualification-focused 1:1 tuition in GCSE and Functional Skills for young people with SEND aged 11–25.

This role involves supporting students who benefit from consistent pacing, structured instruction and personalised learning plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly online tuition in Maths, English or both
  • Provide qualification-aligned learning activities
  • Support revision, assessment preparation and skill development
  • Track and record student progress
  • Maintain reliability and consistency of scheduled sessions

Hours range between 10–40 per week, depending on availability.

Requirements

  • QTS preferred, but not essential
  • Must be based in the UK
  • Confident delivering structured online sessions
  • Able to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
  • Clear communication and strong professional conduct

Experience with SEND learning environments is beneficial.

Safeguarding and KCSIE Compliance

All tutors must complete and pass safer-recruitment checks, including:

  • Enhanced DBS certificate
  • Verification of identity and right-to-work
  • Reference checks confirming suitability to work with children
  • Completion of safeguarding and induction training

Before session delivery begins, tutors must:

  • Read and acknowledge KCSIE Part 1
  • Understand the duties relating to reporting concerns
  • Follow escalation procedures without delay
  • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries online
