Role Description:

We are a leading supplier of quality engine and electrical components for the independent aftermarket car parts industry. Established in 1996 and we are now part of the global manufacturing group ElringKlinger.

Located on Team Valley Trading Estate, Elring Parts Ltd is recruiting for a experienced Telesales individual .

Responsibilities:

· Processing verbal, electronic and email order requests including catalogue interrogation, part identification and customer cross referencing.

· Order amendment including deallocation and dispatch confirmation, lost sales and back-order amendment &reviews.

· Product price quotations including express ordered carriage and duty calculations where applicable

· Direct shipment processing including enquires, raising purchase order, put away lists and return creation

· Bin card interrogation and stock check requests

· General administration duties including filling, post and general email work.

· Uploading / importing orders.

· Quotation follows ups

· Reporting / rectifying warehouse errors.

· Identifying part number popularity and reporting to product management

· Communicating with other departments

· Issuing credits and tracking parcels

Essential Requirements

· Experience within a previous telesales role

· Good level of knowledge using Excel and other Microsoft tools.

· Organized and Punctual.

· Confidant in all levels of communications with cross functional teams.

· Continuous learning and gaining hands on experience to grow within the role.

· Highly motivated and enthusiastic.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,348.00-£30,494.29 per year
